• Compliance obligations remain your responsibility, even when using PackAudit to assist with reporting.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and tools on PackAudit are the property of PackAudit or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access, but we do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted service. We may modify or suspend access without notice.

5. Disclaimer

PackAudit provides tools to assist with EPR compliance, but does not guarantee compliance. Users must verify accuracy of submissions and follow applicable laws and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

PackAudit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the previous 12 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
